About WSYU
Wuchang Shouyi University is one of the first group of private universities in China, which was established in August 2000 with the authorization of Ministry of Education. It was jointly established by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan Junwei Cultural Communications Group. It was first named Huazhong University of Science and Technology Junwei College, and then changed into Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wuchang Branch in the next March. In May 2015, it was renamed Wuchang Shouyi University.
